Sleep Apnea- sleep disorder

Many of us have probably experienced a poor evening sleep; usually getting up, dry mouth or just feeling exhausted in the morning but for more often than not this only can last for just one or two evenings. However if this inadequate sleep carries on it can possibly have bad effects on your physical and mental wellness.
Generally speaking adults require 8 to 9 hours rest per evening but this is often not possible given work plans and stressful daily way of life that many of us lead.
